The journey

From registration to your first session

Every candidate follows the same verified route. Each step has to complete before the next one opens, so Axis is only ever activated against a confirmed payment and a signed agreement.

  1. Step 01Register

    Your step

    Complete the registration form with your full legal name, email, mobile number, country of residence and your chosen mentoring programme.

    Candidate Number and Service Agreement Number issued

  2. Step 02Accept terms & sign agreement

    Your step

    Accept the Terms & Conditions, then review your Service Agreement - already filled in with your numbers, country and package - and sign it electronically.

    Signed agreement, T&C and invoice emailed to you

  3. Step 03Make payment

    Your step

    Pay using the bank details for your country, quoting your Candidate Number as the reference. Do not register again while you wait; a duplicate only delays the match.

  4. Step 04Verify & issue your code

    Our step

    An authorised mentor confirms your payment and generates a one-time activation code. It is single-use and tied to your registered email address.

  5. Step 05Activate & complete profile

    Your step

    Enter your email and activation code, set a password, then complete your candidate information - employer, job title, pathway, route and RICS number.

  6. Step 06Begin your APC journey

    You & your mentor

    Work through your course, competency workspace, sessions, mock bookings and assessment planning, with your mentor guiding the SOE, Case Study and CPD.

Do not register again while you are waiting - duplicate registrations delay payment matching. Contact us with your Candidate Number instead.
