This policy explains how APC Excellence Mentoring LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you use this website or enquire about our mentoring programmes.
1. Who we are
APC Excellence Mentoring LLC is a professional mentoring practice registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect
We only collect data you choose to give us, plus limited technical data created automatically when you visit the site.
Information you provide
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, and country
- The APC route you are interested in
- Any message or supporting detail you send us

- Standard server log data, including IP address, browser type and pages requested
- Because this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, your IP address is disclosed to Google when those files are requested
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and confirm your place in a cohort
- To deliver the mentoring programme you have registered for, including session scheduling, reviews and feedback
- To send you administrative messages about your cohort
- To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations
We will not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell personal data.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent when you submit an enquiry, on the basis of performance of a contract once you register for a programme, and where necessary to comply with a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out.
5. Sharing your data
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate - for example website hosting, email delivery and payment processing - and only to the extent needed to provide that service. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers operate outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a comparable level of protection to that required under UAE law.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records relating to candidates who join a programme are kept for the duration of the programme and for as long as required for our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Subject to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete data we no longer have grounds to keep
- Object to or ask us to restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent you previously gave

9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our programmes are intended for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change accordingly.
